My mood just completely turned around! I haven't been feeling very inspired lately. My workload increased and there's just been a bunch of personal stuff going on that I've been wanting to write about. Anyways, this week had been about my worst one until today! I got this letter in the mail from a friend with Chicago Cubs tickets in it! This was so unexpected! I think I am particularly excited about it because the friend who sent them is someone I really like. Truthfully, I have a crush on her! I'm just really surprised. I'm not having a birthday or anything like that. She just decided to send them out of the blue. These are expensive tickets on top of it. I've spent the last hour analyzing every last detail of her note. It's as if I'm searching it for clues or searching for some type of deeper meaning. For all I know, she probably just likes me as a friend and I'm making too big of a deal out of a friendly gesture. I don't know if she intended the tickets for her and myself, but there are two here so I think I am going to ask her if she'd like to go with me! I'm hoping it's some sort of hint. I'll take a chance!
